I am so sad to hear the news about Emma. I remember spending time with Emma, Marie, and Mrs. Thornton along with my sister, Peggy, and my mother. Emma was a sweet spirit and it was the same spirit that I felt by each member of her family.

Emma was a wonderful person and friend! Our days with the Extension Service will be days I'll never forget! Emma was the best! She was one of the most positive people I've ever met! I've always treasured the times we had together! She will be forever in my heart! My thoughts and prayers are with Chris, her mom and the rest of her family! I loved her dearly and will miss her even more!

Heaven must have been short of Angels! She is and always has been an angel to all. Emma is in heaven organizing and helping others in someway or another. She's been a wonderful friend since high school. We have laughed and cried together through life's journey.
She had a special gift to make others see her vision and to create visions for others around her. What a talent! Her happiness soared when she met Chris! They were a radiant couple! The best memory I have is her Wedding day!

I am so saddened to hear of Emma's tragic death. I worked with Emma in her first job as Extension agent in Crisp County and have so many good memories of the joy she created and shared with others as she molded the lives of young people. In the few years we worked together, I learned a great deal from Emma that I tried to maintain thru the years in working with 4-H'ers and with my own children; I'm just sorry I did not keep up with her more closely when she went on to other jobs. I also remember the many good works of her Mother, Louise, as she supported Emma in her work with young people. May the family know that Emma was an inspiration to and left so many friends along the way who love her dearly. George and Lynn Lee

To Emma's family. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma in the 9th grade. We were in the same homeroom. I am so glad I had a chance to get reacquainted with her at the 30th class reunion. She was as gracious as the 9th grade. May God bless her and be with you all.
